Sanjay Kumar Jain, with over 22 years of diverse industry experience, is the visionary Managing Director of Resource E Waste Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Holding B. Com and M. Com degrees, his strong academic foundation supports his strategic approach to business. Sanjay has successfully led initiatives across trading, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology before founding RESPL to address the urgent need for sustainable e-waste management in India. Under his leadership, RESPL has become a pioneer in digital transformation within the recycling sector, leveraging technology for transparent and efficient operations. Sanjay champions innovation, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility. His leadership has steered RESPL to support impactful CSR initiatives like Clean India, Green India, and Women Empowerment. With a clear vision for a greener future, Sanjay continues to position RESPL as a leader in India's evolving e-waste industry.
Mr. Amitava Sen Chief Executive Officer
A visionary business strategy veteran with more than 20+ Yrs of handful Experience. With an ability to understand & Analyse the dynamic of waste market while executing several successful campaign & Projects including Legal/Compliance Advocacy. He has been into the insights of the E-waste Recycling Industry having a great rapport with the Fortune 500 + IT/ITES/Mobility/Telecom/Electronics sectors along with the informal scrap market across India. With an extensive experience in large-scale data analysis, producing clear economic reports and identifying the potential impact of economic trends on business operations. He has been instrumental in strategy management in the development of long-range strategic plans and objectives through the identification of strategic operations and alliances that could influence the line of business's overall revenue growth and profitability.
Amitava boasts a rich academic background. Having PG Degrees from National Institute of Management & Technology and pursuing various transformational courses from IIT’s & IIM’s along with impeccable in the WEEE (E-Waste) Recycling industry. He has a dynamic personality and is never afraid to take on new challenges. During his early days, he worked with a variety of functions and industries, including HCL Technologies Ltd, Asiaa Data Pvt Ltd, Redington India Ltd, Attero Recycling, TVS Electronics Ltd followed with Bluemonk Ventures. By overcoming complex business challenges and making critical business decisions. He has over 14 years of experience in B2B sales and has worked in a variety of industries. He has never ceased to learn.
